Fatigue got less chaotic after I planned for shot day
This is from my bedroom on a gray Saturday, which is exactly why I am posting it. It is a normal-life thing, not a perfect routine. I kept making big weekend plans and then feeling bad when my energy crashed. I am week 2 on Zepbound 2.5mg, and fatigue has been the thing that tells on me first. The fix was small: planning one useful thing, one walk, and one actual rest block. It did not make the week perfect, but it made it easier to repeat the next day. Leaving this here in case someone else is trying to make fatigue work in the middle of a regular day instead of a clean reset.
