Does nausea get worse after a Wegovy dose increase?

Quick question from an outdoor coffee shop table. This is the kind of thing that does not show up neatly in a search result. I am week 1 on Wegovy 0.5mg, around 167 lb right now, and nausea is the part I am trying to troubleshoot. The moment made me realize I needed a cue I could see, not another plan in my head. I am considering keeping the food or water visible instead of tucked away, but I do not know if I am overcorrecting. Is there one thing you always keep nearby now because of nausea?

Following because I am in the same spot. I would message your prescriber if it feels sharp, severe, or keeps getting worse. My main issue has been constipation. The boring answer worked for me.

Following because I am in the same spot. I started writing down shot day plus day two because I kept forgetting the pattern. That is one of my main issues too. I would not ignore it if it keeps escalating.
