Does muscle retention get worse after a semaglutide dose increase?

Quick question from the locker room floor after work. This is the kind of thing that does not show up neatly in a search result. I am week 3 on Ozempic 0.25mg, around 180 lb right now, and muscle retention is the part I am trying to troubleshoot. I kept planning full workouts and then skipping them because the day ran long. I am considering two short sessions with shoes already packed, even if I only did the basics, but I do not know if I am overcorrecting. What is the shortest strength session that still feels worth it?

That part is so real. I started writing down shot day plus day two because I kept forgetting the pattern. I would not ignore it if it keeps escalating.
I am glad you posted this. I had better luck when I stopped trying to eat one normal-sized meal. Please update us if you figure out the pattern.
