Can restart show up more on travel day?

Quick question from an urgent-care parking lot water break. This is the kind of thing that does not show up neatly in a search result. I am week 20 on Wegovy 2.4mg, around 137 lb right now, and restart is the part I am trying to troubleshoot. The old routine did not fit this dose window, and I did not notice until the day got messy. I am considering letting the routine be repetitive for one week, but I do not know if I am overcorrecting. Do you keep a backup plan for parking lot water, or do you improvise?

That part is so real. I stopped chasing perfect meals and just tried to hit a minimum. I am week 10 on Compounded semaglutide 0.5mg, so my timing may be different. I am saving this thread.

Not exactly the same, but close. I would message your prescriber if it feels sharp, severe, or keeps getting worse. That is a good question for a check-in too.
