Can protein show up more on work lunch?

Quick question from a bathroom counter with moisturizer and brush. This is the kind of thing that does not show up neatly in a search result. I am week 41 on Semaglutide 1.7mg, around 153 lb right now, and protein is the part I am trying to troubleshoot. It looked like a small thing, but it kept deciding whether the rest of the day felt stable. I am considering doing the smallest useful version instead of waiting for a perfect window, but I do not know if I am overcorrecting. What would you change first if protein kept happening in this kind of situation?

I would keep an eye on it. Protein early in the day made the afternoon less shaky for me. I am week 3 on Compounded semaglutide 0.25mg, so my timing may be different. I would not ignore it if it keeps escalating.
This was my week two. I still use a boring grocery list when I increase dose. I am week 32 on Zepbound 10mg, so my timing may be different. Sending solidarity from another tiny-meal person.
