Can muscle retention show up more on work lunch?

Quick question from a small-town clinic parking space. This is the kind of thing that does not show up neatly in a search result. I am week 1 on Wegovy 0.5mg, around 167 lb right now, and muscle retention is the part I am trying to troubleshoot. I was trying to make a clean plan work in a very normal, cluttered day. I am considering writing down the dose-day pattern before I forgot it, but I do not know if I am overcorrecting. What tiny cue helps you handle muscle retention before the day gets away from you?

This is the kind of detail I wish I had earlier. I had better luck when I stopped trying to eat one normal-sized meal. I am week 7 on Zepbound 2.5mg, so my timing may be different. My main issue has been constipation. Hope it settles down soon.
I am glad you posted this. Electrolytes did more than I expected, especially before lunch. I am week 7 on Ozempic 0.25mg, so my timing may be different. That sounds frustrating but fixable.
