Can hydration show up more on travel day?
Quick question from a hotel nightstand after a late check-in. This is the kind of thing that does not show up neatly in a search result. I am week 29 on Zepbound 10mg, around 181 lb right now, and hydration is the part I am trying to troubleshoot. Travel throws off every cue I use at home, especially water. I am considering putting a bottle by the bed before I even unpack, but I do not know if I am overcorrecting. What do you do first when you get to a hotel on GLP-1?
