Zepbound diarrhea: what I changed after hairbrush check

This is from a warm bathroom counter, which is exactly why I am posting it. It is a normal-life thing, not a perfect routine. I was trying to make a clean plan work in a very normal, cluttered day. I am week 21 on Zepbound 10mg, and diarrhea has been the thing that tells on me first. The fix was small: doing the smallest useful version instead of waiting for a perfect window. It did not make the week perfect, but it made it easier to repeat the next day. Leaving this here in case someone else is trying to make diarrhea work in the middle of a regular day instead of a clean reset.

This was my week two. I started writing down shot day plus day two because I kept forgetting the pattern. My main issue has been nausea. A week-by-week log helped me see it more clearly.

Not exactly the same, but close. Electrolytes did more than I expected, especially before lunch. I am week 3 on Ozempic 0.25mg, so my timing may be different. You are not the only one.
