Main issue: day 2 nausea plus that weird empty-but-not-hungry feeling. Last week I tried to be normal and made eggs with toast on Saturday morning. Bad idea for me. It sat there forever and I spent the rest of the day sipping water and regretting it. This week I did half a cold protein shake around 10:30, then a few bites of Greek yogurt later. Not amazing, but it stayed down and I did not lose the whole day. Curious if other Zepbound starters get hit harder on day 2 than day 1. Not asking for medical advice, just trying to map the pattern before I assume every weekend is going to feel like this.
