Main issue: trying to plan before constipation gets bad. At 2.5 I got mild constipation but waited too long to adjust. Now that I moved up, I am trying to be less reactive. My plan is water earlier, walk after dinner, softer vegetables, and not using the dose-increase week as the week to test new foods. If you had constipation after moving from 2.5 to 5, what did you wish you started before it was already annoying?
