Main issue: I panic-bought too many support products after a bad reflux week. The things I stopped using were not necessarily bad. They just were not the main problem. I bought three different digestion things before admitting my dinner timing was doing most of the damage. What actually stayed: electrolytes I like enough to drink, a protein option that is not too sweet, and ginger only when nausea is the main issue. Curious what other people bought in panic and then retired.
