What helps diarrhea on semaglutide when appetite is low?

Quick question from a couch with tea and a heating pad. This is the kind of thing that does not show up neatly in a search result. I am week 20 on Wegovy 2.4mg, around 137 lb right now, and diarrhea is the part I am trying to troubleshoot. The moment made me realize I needed a cue I could see, not another plan in my head. I am considering planning around day two instead of pretending it would be normal, but I do not know if I am overcorrecting. Do you keep a backup plan for quiet couch, or do you improvise?

Following because I am in the same spot. I had better luck when I stopped trying to eat one normal-sized meal. I am week 27 on Ozempic 1mg, so my timing may be different. A week-by-week log helped me see it more clearly.

Following because I am in the same spot. My clinic told me to call if I could not keep fluids down, so I keep that line in my head. My main issue has been restart. You are not the only one.
