What helps diarrhea on semaglutide when appetite is low - 0.25mg dose notes?

Quick question from a hotel lobby chair with water. This is the kind of thing that does not show up neatly in a search result. I am week 3 on Wegovy 0.25mg, around 200 lb right now, and diarrhea is the part I am trying to troubleshoot. I kept treating it like a motivation problem, but the pattern was really about where I was and what I had ready. I am considering writing down the dose-day pattern before I forgot it, but I do not know if I am overcorrecting. Do you keep a backup plan for lobby water, or do you improvise?

This is the kind of detail I wish I had earlier. The thing that changed it was planning a backup snack before I needed it. I am week 60 on Mounjaro 15mg, so my timing may be different. You are not the only one.

This was my week two. My clinic told me to call if I could not keep fluids down, so I keep that line in my head. My main issue has been constipation. I am saving this thread.
