What helped my tirzepatide muscle retention around week 64

This is from a rainy grocery cart, which is exactly why I am posting it. It is a normal-life thing, not a perfect routine. I was trying to make a clean plan work in a very normal, cluttered day. I am week 64 on Zepbound 12.5mg, and muscle retention has been the thing that tells on me first. The fix was small: letting the routine be repetitive for one week. It did not make the week perfect, but it made it easier to repeat the next day. Leaving this here in case someone else is trying to make muscle retention work in the middle of a regular day instead of a clean reset.

Not exactly the same, but close. I learned the hard way that greasy leftovers and dose day are not friends. I am week 8 on Compounded semaglutide 1mg, so my timing may be different. My main issue has been constipation. I am saving this thread.
This is the kind of detail I wish I had earlier. The thing that changed it was planning a backup snack before I needed it. I am week 8 on Wegovy 0.5mg, so my timing may be different. Please update us if you figure out the pattern.
