What helped my GLP-1 protein around before starting
This is from the apartment stairwell with grocery bags, which is exactly why I am posting it. It is a normal-life thing, not a perfect routine. Carrying too many bags upstairs made it obvious I was shopping for a version of myself who was not eating that much. I am pre-start on Planning GLP-1 start, and protein has been the thing that tells on me first. The fix was small: buying two days of protein at a time instead of a full fantasy week. It did not make the week perfect, but it made it easier to repeat the next day. Leaving this here in case someone else is trying to make protein work in the middle of a regular day instead of a clean reset.
