Wegovy protein: what I changed after microwave lunch

This is from a work break room microwave, which is exactly why I am posting it. It is a normal-life thing, not a perfect routine. The moment made me realize I needed a cue I could see, not another plan in my head. I am week 12 on Wegovy 1mg, and protein has been the thing that tells on me first. The fix was small: doing the smallest useful version instead of waiting for a perfect window. It did not make the week perfect, but it made it easier to repeat the next day. Leaving this here in case someone else is trying to make protein work in the middle of a regular day instead of a clean reset.

Same here. Protein early in the day made the afternoon less shaky for me. That is one of my main issues too. Please update us if you figure out the pattern.
This was my week two. I still use a boring grocery list when I increase dose. The boring answer worked for me.
