Main issue: constipation that was not painful at first, then suddenly made my whole day feel off. I was doing the classic thing where I kept adding fiber but not actually drinking enough. The thing that helped was less dramatic: water earlier, a short walk after lunch, softer dinners, and not trying to force a giant salad when my stomach already felt slow. I am still not fully back to normal, but I went from obsessing over it all day to feeling like there is a pattern I can work with. Anyone else find salads made Wegovy constipation worse instead of better?
