Wegovy 1mg: anyone else dealing with nausea?

Quick question from the couch with the TV on low. This is the kind of thing that does not show up neatly in a search result. I am week 7 on Wegovy 1mg, around 177 lb right now, and nausea is the part I am trying to troubleshoot. I wanted comfort food but anything heavy sounded like a mistake. I am considering keeping soup ready before shot day instead of deciding while nauseous, but I do not know if I am overcorrecting. Do warm foods sit better than cold foods for you?

Same here. For me it was less about willpower and more about having something simple ready. That is one of my main issues too. That is a good question for a check-in too.

Same here. What helped me was keeping the food boring for a couple days. I am week 50 on Ozempic 1mg, so my timing may be different. You are not the only one.
