Wegovy 0.5mg: the work lunch protein routine that actually stuck
This is from the garage freezer drawer, which is exactly why I am posting it. It is a normal-life thing, not a perfect routine. Fresh groceries sounded good at the store and then died in the fridge when appetite dipped. I am week 9 on Wegovy 0.5mg, and protein has been the thing that tells on me first. The fix was small: keeping a few frozen protein options that did not require chopping or cooking from scratch. It did not make the week perfect, but it made it easier to repeat the next day. Leaving this here in case someone else is trying to make protein work in the middle of a regular day instead of a clean reset.
