Week 28: what helped my tirzepatide muscle retention

For anyone in the same dose window, this was the small change that stuck. I kept trying to eat my normal dinner and then wondered why the night felt awful. I am week 28 and my main issue was muscle retention, especially around the weekend. What finally helped was keeping protein steady. I also kept my three things simple: plateau, muscle retention, hair shedding. No big reset, just less improvising. After about a week of doing it the same way, the pattern was much calmer. If you are in the same window, maybe try changing one boring variable before changing everything.

I had a version of this. Walking after dinner was annoying but weirdly effective. I am week 4 on Compounded semaglutide 0.5mg, so my timing may be different. The boring answer worked for me.
I would keep an eye on it. Protein early in the day made the afternoon less shaky for me. That sounds frustrating but fixable.
