Tirzepatide 7.5mg: the day two muscle retention routine that actually stuck

This is from a bedroom nightstand with crackers, which is exactly why I am posting it. It is a normal-life thing, not a perfect routine. The old routine did not fit this dose window, and I did not notice until the day got messy. I am week 26 on Zepbound 7.5mg, and muscle retention has been the thing that tells on me first. The fix was small: writing down the dose-day pattern before I forgot it. It did not make the week perfect, but it made it easier to repeat the next day. Leaving this here in case someone else is trying to make muscle retention work in the middle of a regular day instead of a clean reset.

I would keep an eye on it. Electrolytes did more than I expected, especially before lunch. I am week 8 on Ozempic 0.5mg, so my timing may be different. My main issue has been constipation. Sending solidarity from another tiny-meal person.
Not exactly the same, but close. Small portions helped me more than changing the food completely. I would not ignore it if it keeps escalating.
