The small change that made social eating easier on liraglutide

This is from the garage freezer drawer, which is exactly why I am posting it. It is a normal-life thing, not a perfect routine. I was fine in theory and scattered in real life, which is usually where this medication teaches me something. I am week 9 on Saxenda 1.8mg, and social eating has been the thing that tells on me first. The fix was small: keeping the food or water visible instead of tucked away. It did not make the week perfect, but it made it easier to repeat the next day. Leaving this here in case someone else is trying to make social eating work in the middle of a regular day instead of a clean reset.

Not exactly the same, but close. Protein early in the day made the afternoon less shaky for me. That is a good question for a check-in too.
I had a version of this. I stopped chasing perfect meals and just tried to hit a minimum. That sounds frustrating but fixable.
