The small change that made protein easier on Mounjaro
This is from the produce and cold case aisle, which is exactly why I am posting it. It is a normal-life thing, not a perfect routine. I was buying aspirational food and then tossing half of it by Friday. I am week 1 on Mounjaro 2.5mg, and protein has been the thing that tells on me first. The fix was small: choosing one ready protein, one soft carb, and one fruit I would actually eat. It did not make the week perfect, but it made it easier to repeat the next day. Leaving this here in case someone else is trying to make protein work in the middle of a regular day instead of a clean reset.
