The small change that made low appetite easier on Zepbound

This is from a home standing desk lunch, which is exactly why I am posting it. It is a normal-life thing, not a perfect routine. It looked like a small thing, but it kept deciding whether the rest of the day felt stable. I am week 8 on Zepbound 2.5mg, and low appetite has been the thing that tells on me first. The fix was small: writing down the dose-day pattern before I forgot it. It did not make the week perfect, but it made it easier to repeat the next day. Leaving this here in case someone else is trying to make low appetite work in the middle of a regular day instead of a clean reset.

This sounds familiar. For me it was less about willpower and more about having something simple ready. I am week 1 on Mounjaro 2.5mg, so my timing may be different. Sending solidarity from another tiny-meal person.
I had a version of this. Electrolytes did more than I expected, especially before lunch. That is one of my main issues too. Please update us if you figure out the pattern.
