The boring fix that helped my social eating around week 64
I almost did not post this, but it would have helped me earlier. I kept blaming the medication, then realized my routine around it was chaotic. I am week 64 and my main issue was social eating, especially around the weekend. What finally helped was ordering a small protein plate. I also kept my three things simple: maintenance, social eating, muscle retention. No big reset, just less improvising. After about a week of doing it the same way, the pattern was much calmer. If you are in the same window, maybe try changing one boring variable before changing everything.
