The boring fix that helped my hair shedding around week 26

This is very unglamorous, but it finally made my week feel normal. I kept trying to eat my normal dinner and then wondered why the night felt awful. I am week 26 and my main issue was hair shedding, especially around breakfast. What finally helped was raising protein. I also kept my three things simple: plateau, muscle retention, hair shedding. No big reset, just less improvising. The win was not huge, just a normal afternoon without needing to lie down. If you are in the same window, maybe try changing one boring variable before changing everything.

This is the kind of detail I wish I had earlier. I had better luck when I stopped trying to eat one normal-sized meal. That is a good question for a check-in too.
Same here. Walking after dinner was annoying but weirdly effective. My main issue has been maintenance. I would not ignore it if it keeps escalating.
