This is very unglamorous, but it finally made my week feel normal. I kept trying to eat my normal dinner and then wondered why the night felt awful. I am week 26 and my main issue was hair shedding, especially around breakfast. What finally helped was raising protein. I also kept my three things simple: plateau, muscle retention, hair shedding. No big reset, just less improvising. The win was not huge, just a normal afternoon without needing to lie down.
