The boring fix that helped my hair shedding around week 21
This is very unglamorous, but it finally made my week feel normal. I kept blaming the medication, then realized my routine around it was chaotic. I am week 21 and my main issue was hair shedding, especially around dinner. What finally helped was raising protein. I also kept my three things simple: plateau, muscle retention, hair shedding. No big reset, just less improvising. After about a week of doing it the same way, the pattern was much calmer. If you are in the same window, maybe try changing one boring variable before changing everything.
