Main issue: I do not want to compare only pounds lost. If you switched meds, what did you track besides weight? I am thinking nausea pattern, constipation, food noise, protein intake, strength, and whether face/skin changes feel faster or slower. Not looking for advice on whether I should switch. I want to bring better questions to my appointment and not make the whole decision about the scale.
