Small hydration win after a rough Zepbound week
I am still figuring it out, but this is the first thing that actually lasted more than three days. I kept blaming the medication, then realized my routine around it was chaotic. I am week 1 and my main issue was hydration, especially around breakfast. What finally helped was keeping water beside the bed. I also kept my three things simple: nausea, hydration, low appetite. No big reset, just less improvising. My notes look boring, which is honestly the point. If you are in the same window, maybe try changing one boring variable before changing everything.
