Semaglutide: is restart normal around week 6?

Quick question from a desk calendar with unreadable notes. This is the kind of thing that does not show up neatly in a search result. I am week 6 on Semaglutide 1mg, around 187 lb right now, and restart is the part I am trying to troubleshoot. It looked like a small thing, but it kept deciding whether the rest of the day felt stable. I am considering keeping the food or water visible instead of tucked away, but I do not know if I am overcorrecting. Is there one thing you always keep nearby now because of restart?

This was my week two. My clinic told me to call if I could not keep fluids down, so I keep that line in my head. You are not the only one.
I am glad you posted this. I had better luck when I stopped trying to eat one normal-sized meal. My main issue has been plateau. That is a good question for a check-in too.
