Semaglutide: is low appetite normal around week 2?

Quick question from a work conference table after lunch. This is the kind of thing that does not show up neatly in a search result. I am week 2 on Wegovy 0.5mg, around 274 lb right now, and low appetite is the part I am trying to troubleshoot. I was trying to make a clean plan work in a very normal, cluttered day. I am considering planning around day two instead of pretending it would be normal, but I do not know if I am overcorrecting. Is there one thing you always keep nearby now because of low appetite?
