Semaglutide: is constipation normal around week 17?

Quick question from the pharmacy drive-through. This is the kind of thing that does not show up neatly in a search result. I am week 17 on Wegovy 1.7mg, around 243 lb right now, and constipation is the part I am trying to troubleshoot. I was trying to make a clean plan work in a very normal, cluttered day. I am considering choosing the boring option before I got too tired to decide, but I do not know if I am overcorrecting. What tiny cue helps you handle constipation before the day gets away from you?
