Semaglutide 1mg: anyone else dealing with dose increase?

Quick question from a bus transfer bench with a water cup. This is the kind of thing that does not show up neatly in a search result. I am week 54 on Ozempic 1mg, around 146 lb right now, and dose increase is the part I am trying to troubleshoot. The old routine did not fit this dose window, and I did not notice until the day got messy. I am considering letting the routine be repetitive for one week, but I do not know if I am overcorrecting. Does dose increase show up more for you in places like bus transfer?

I would keep an eye on it. I learned the hard way that greasy leftovers and dose day are not friends. Please update us if you figure out the pattern.

I had a version of this. I learned the hard way that greasy leftovers and dose day are not friends. I am week 8 on Zepbound 2.5mg, so my timing may be different. That is one of my main issues too. The boring answer worked for me.
