Semaglutide 0.25mg: the weekend errands protein routine that actually stuck

This is from the kitchen sink after breakfast, which is exactly why I am posting it. It is a normal-life thing, not a perfect routine. A full shake felt like too much, so I kept avoiding it completely. I am week 2 on Ozempic 0.25mg, and protein has been the thing that tells on me first. The fix was small: mixing a smaller shake and counting it as enough. It did not make the week perfect, but it made it easier to repeat the next day. Leaving this here in case someone else is trying to make protein work in the middle of a regular day instead of a clean reset.

I would keep an eye on it. I learned the hard way that greasy leftovers and dose day are not friends. My main issue has been plateau. I am saving this thread.
This sounds familiar. I started writing down shot day plus day two because I kept forgetting the pattern. Sending solidarity from another tiny-meal person.
