Main issue: not a medical emergency, more like the mirror started making me nervous. Nobody has said anything rude. My clothes fit better. The scale is moving. But my face looks flatter to me in bad lighting, and that was the first time I realized I had been celebrating appetite suppression while letting protein and lifting slide. I am trying a boring reset: protein before coffee, two short strength sessions, and not treating collagen like a magic shield. Would love to hear from anyone who stabilized the 'I look tired' feeling without going into panic mode.
