Ozempic 0.25mg: is anyone else getting low appetite around week 4?

I need a reality check from people who are actually living this. I am week 4 on Ozempic 0.25mg, currently around 295 lb, and the thing bugging me is low appetite. I had one good week and then this showed up, so now I am second guessing the routine. My main tags right now would be nausea, hydration, low appetite. I am trying to keep protein and water steady, but I do not know if I should change timing or just give this week some space. Did anyone else notice it more on day two than shot day?

This is the kind of detail I wish I had earlier. My clinic told me to call if I could not keep fluids down, so I keep that line in my head. I am week 29 on Zepbound 10mg, so my timing may be different. My main issue has been maintenance. Hope it settles down soon.
