Need real-life ideas for restart on GLP-1

Quick question from a rainy porch package. This is the kind of thing that does not show up neatly in a search result. I am pre-start on Planning GLP-1 start, around 248 lb right now, and restart is the part I am trying to troubleshoot. I was trying to make a clean plan work in a very normal, cluttered day. I am considering keeping the food or water visible instead of tucked away, but I do not know if I am overcorrecting. Is there one thing you always keep nearby now because of restart?

That part is so real. Walking after dinner was annoying but weirdly effective. I am week 11 on Wegovy 1.7mg, so my timing may be different. That is a good question for a check-in too.
