Need real-life ideas for plateau on Zepbound
Quick question from a work break room sink. This is the kind of thing that does not show up neatly in a search result. I am week 6 on Zepbound 5mg, around 273 lb right now, and plateau is the part I am trying to troubleshoot. The moment made me realize I needed a cue I could see, not another plan in my head. I am considering planning around day two instead of pretending it would be normal, but I do not know if I am overcorrecting. Is there one thing you always keep nearby now because of plateau?
