Need real-life ideas for plateau on Ozempic

I need a reality check from people who are actually living this. I am week 16 on Ozempic 1mg, currently around 205 lb, and the thing bugging me is plateau. It is not unbearable, but it is distracting enough that I keep thinking about it. My main tags right now would be plateau, muscle retention, hair shedding. I am trying to keep protein and water steady, but I do not know if I should change timing or just give this week some space. How long did it take before it felt less intense?

Following because I am in the same spot. Electrolytes did more than I expected, especially before lunch. I am week 26 on Ozempic 0.5mg, so my timing may be different. That is a good question for a check-in too.
Following because I am in the same spot. For me it was less about willpower and more about having something simple ready. My main issue has been maintenance. That sounds frustrating but fixable.
