Need real-life ideas for hydration on Ozempic

Quick question from a train station bench. This is the kind of thing that does not show up neatly in a search result. I am week 7 on Ozempic 0.25mg, around 312 lb right now, and hydration is the part I am trying to troubleshoot. I was trying to make a clean plan work in a very normal, cluttered day. I am considering keeping the food or water visible instead of tucked away, but I do not know if I am overcorrecting. What tiny cue helps you handle hydration before the day gets away from you?

Not exactly the same, but close. The thing that changed it was planning a backup snack before I needed it. I would not ignore it if it keeps escalating.
I would keep an eye on it. For me it was less about willpower and more about having something simple ready. The boring answer worked for me.
