Quick question from a train station bench. This is the kind of thing that does not show up neatly in a search result. I am week 7 on Ozempic 0.25mg, around 312 lb right now, and hydration is the part I am trying to troubleshoot. I was trying to make a clean plan work in a very normal, cluttered day. I am considering keeping the food or water visible instead of tucked away, but I do not know if I am overcorrecting. What tiny cue helps you handle hydration before the day gets away from you?
