Need real-life ideas for hair shedding on Wegovy

This is one of those questions that feels too specific for a quick search. I am week 26 on Wegovy 1.7mg, currently around 271 lb, and the thing bugging me is hair shedding. It comes and goes, which makes it harder to know what actually caused it. My main tags right now would be plateau, muscle retention, hair shedding. I am trying to keep protein and water steady, but I do not know if I should change timing or just give this week some space. How long did it take before it felt less intense?

Same here. Walking after dinner was annoying but weirdly effective. My main issue has been constipation. That is a good question for a check-in too.
Following because I am in the same spot. The thing that changed it was planning a backup snack before I needed it. My main issue has been restart. I would not ignore it if it keeps escalating.
