Need real-life ideas for diarrhea on Semaglutide

Quick question from a pharmacy paper bag beside a water bottle. This is the kind of thing that does not show up neatly in a search result. I am week 6 on Semaglutide 1mg, around 187 lb right now, and diarrhea is the part I am trying to troubleshoot. It looked like a small thing, but it kept deciding whether the rest of the day felt stable. I am considering keeping the food or water visible instead of tucked away, but I do not know if I am overcorrecting. Has anyone else found that diarrhea is more about timing than willpower?
