My boring backup for social eating on Zepbound

This is from home workout bands by the TV, which is exactly why I am posting it. It is a normal-life thing, not a perfect routine. I kept treating it like a motivation problem, but the pattern was really about where I was and what I had ready. I am week 1 on Zepbound 2.5mg, and social eating has been the thing that tells on me first. The fix was small: writing down the dose-day pattern before I forgot it. It did not make the week perfect, but it made it easier to repeat the next day. Leaving this here in case someone else is trying to make social eating work in the middle of a regular day instead of a clean reset.

That part is so real. My clinic told me to call if I could not keep fluids down, so I keep that line in my head. I am week 9 on Mounjaro 2.5mg, so my timing may be different. I would not ignore it if it keeps escalating.
I would keep an eye on it. Electrolytes did more than I expected, especially before lunch. I am saving this thread.
