Mounjaro 5mg: is anyone else getting dose increase around week 9?

Would love to hear what helped if you have been through this. I am week 9 on Mounjaro 5mg, currently around 164 lb, and the thing bugging me is dose increase. I am trying not to spiral because the rest of the medication has been manageable. My main tags right now would be constipation, protein, dose increase. I am trying to keep protein and water steady, but I do not know if I should change timing or just give this week some space. Did anyone else notice it more on day two than shot day?

Same here. Mine got easier after two weeks at the same dose. I am saving this thread.

Not exactly the same, but close. My clinic told me to call if I could not keep fluids down, so I keep that line in my head. Hope it settles down soon.
