Main issue: I am excited about progress but nervous about losing too fast. This is not vanity only. I want to feel strong and look like myself at the end of this. The faster-loss posts are motivating for five seconds and then make me anxious. Has anyone intentionally focused on slower, steadier loss with protein and strength instead of chasing the biggest monthly number?
