Liraglutide 1.8mg: the shot day injection site reaction routine that actually stuck

This is from a grocery freezer door, which is exactly why I am posting it. It is a normal-life thing, not a perfect routine. The old routine did not fit this dose window, and I did not notice until the day got messy. I am week 9 on Saxenda 1.8mg, and injection site reaction has been the thing that tells on me first. The fix was small: making the backup smaller and easier to reach. It did not make the week perfect, but it made it easier to repeat the next day.
