Liraglutide 1.8mg: the shot day injection site reaction routine that actually stuck
This is from a grocery freezer door, which is exactly why I am posting it. It is a normal-life thing, not a perfect routine. The old routine did not fit this dose window, and I did not notice until the day got messy. I am week 9 on Saxenda 1.8mg, and injection site reaction has been the thing that tells on me first. The fix was small: making the backup smaller and easier to reach. It did not make the week perfect, but it made it easier to repeat the next day. Leaving this here in case someone else is trying to make injection site reaction work in the middle of a regular day instead of a clean reset.
