Is nausea worse for anyone on the weekend?

Would love to hear what helped if you have been through this. I am week 1 on Wegovy 0.5mg, currently around 224 lb, and the thing bugging me is nausea. I can still work and eat a little, but the pattern is making me nervous. My main tags right now would be nausea, hydration, low appetite. I am trying to keep protein and water steady, but I do not know if I should change timing or just give this week some space. Was there one habit that made the biggest difference?

Not exactly the same, but close. Walking after dinner was annoying but weirdly effective. I am week 11 on Compounded tirzepatide 7.5mg, so my timing may be different. That sounds frustrating but fixable.
This was my week two. Electrolytes did more than I expected, especially before lunch. That is one of my main issues too. That is a good question for a check-in too.
