Is maintenance worse for anyone on day two?
I need a reality check from people who are actually living this. I am week 54 on Ozempic 1mg, currently around 146 lb, and the thing bugging me is maintenance. I had one good week and then this showed up, so now I am second guessing the routine. My main tags right now would be maintenance, social eating, muscle retention. I am trying to keep protein and water steady, but I do not know if I should change timing or just give this week some space. Did anyone else notice it more on day two than shot day?
