How long did plateau last for you on GLP-1?

Quick question from a grocery aisle with protein drinks. This is the kind of thing that does not show up neatly in a search result. I am pre-start on Planning GLP-1 start, around 248 lb right now, and plateau is the part I am trying to troubleshoot. I kept treating it like a motivation problem, but the pattern was really about where I was and what I had ready. I am considering pairing the habit with something already in front of me, but I do not know if I am overcorrecting. Do you keep a backup plan for protein aisle, or do you improvise?

I am glad you posted this. For me it was less about willpower and more about having something simple ready. My main issue has been constipation. I am saving this thread.
This was my week two. I learned the hard way that greasy leftovers and dose day are not friends. I am week 40 on Zepbound 10mg, so my timing may be different. You are not the only one.
