How long did injection site reaction last for you on Zepbound?

Quick question from a picnic table in the sun. This is the kind of thing that does not show up neatly in a search result. I am week 74 on Zepbound 12.5mg, around 127 lb right now, and injection site reaction is the part I am trying to troubleshoot. The moment made me realize I needed a cue I could see, not another plan in my head. I am considering keeping the food or water visible instead of tucked away, but I do not know if I am overcorrecting. Has anyone else found that injection site reaction is more about timing than willpower?

I am glad you posted this. I started writing down shot day plus day two because I kept forgetting the pattern. I am week 8 on Compounded semaglutide 1mg, so my timing may be different. A week-by-week log helped me see it more clearly.

I had a version of this. Mine got easier after two weeks at the same dose. I am week 15 on Wegovy 1mg, so my timing may be different. The boring answer worked for me.
